Mike Reeves has over 25 years of experience in the physician practice management software market. In 1976 while pursuing his Masters degree in Hospital and Healthcare Administration, he developed a strong interest in computer technology and software. Mike pioneered the development of some of the first mini and microprocessor medical office computer systems used in the United States. Having such vast experience in this market, he has been the driving force in the design and development of the Practice Insight EDI solutions. He is the co-architect of the Internet based graphical user interface technolgy used by Practice Insight applications.

Prior to becoming a founder of Practice Insight, Mike was the President, CEO and original founder of MedsAmerica, Inc., which developed, sold and supported practice management software to over 3,000 physicians until its acquisition by Medical Manager Corp. (now WebMD). He was also the primary developer and original partner in AmeriClaims, Ltd, a claims clearinghouse, and
E-bills Ltd., an electronic statement processing company. Mike led these companies from startup to acquisition in 2000.
